Dr. Chaimaa Raghay

Head Sleep Coach and Patient Educator

Dr. Raghay's role at BlueSleep is focused on educating patients about sleep apnea and insomnia treatments, and promoting better sleep hygiene. Dr. Chaimaa Raghay graduated from the Rabat Medical School in Morocco and trained as a pulmonary and sleep specialist in France and Switzerland.  Her research has focused on smoking cessation and sleep apnea. 

Claudia Neeley, RPAC

Certified Physician Assistant

Claudia Neely is a board-certified physician assistant with over 20 years experience who works alongside Dr. Jordan Stern & Dr. Chaimaa Raghay to provide ongoing care to patients with sleep disorders. She focuses on  various sleep  conditions including, snoring,  sleep apnea, insomnia and narcolepsy.


Claudia graduated from Touro College where she completed her Bachelor of science and her Physician Assistant (PA) degree. Prior to joining BlueSleep Claudia worked as a hospitalist in Brooklyn, then as a forensic investigator with the NYC Medical Examiner's office, and most recently in a men's clinic providing primary care and hormone replacement therapy.

Victoria is a recent graduate from Barnard College, and she strives to give BlueSleep patients the best possible experience, by answering all your questions about your visits to BlueSleep, and our treatments and sleep testing


Anthony has a very keen eye for detail, and he will help you with scheduling or rescheduling your appointments.


Anyssa manages all of the snoring and sleep apnea mouth guards, and makes sure your appliance is on it's way to help you get the best possible night's sleep.
