BlueSleep Sleep Clinic offers same-day appointments, home sleep tests, and custom-made, FDA-approved oral devices or CPAP so that you can sleep better. We’re in-network with most national health insurance plans and Medicare.
Oral Appliance: Diagnosis & Treatment
Diagnosis of Sleep Problem
Timing: 2-3 weeks

Patient schedules a video visit and fills out the medical sleep questionnaire.

Patient has a video visit with a specialist to review symptoms and medical history.

Patient takes a home sleep test, if recommended.

Patient has a video visit to review home sleep test results and treatment plan.
Oral Appliance Treatment
Timing: 4-8 weeks

Patient gets an in-person dental scan or does a home mold.

Patient has a Free video visit with a Dental Sleep Specialist to learn about your oral device.

Patient takes a home sleep test after four weeks to evaluate treatment.

Patient has a video visit to review their home sleep test results.
CPAP Treatment Plan
Diagnosis of Sleep Problem

Patient schedules a video visit and fills out the online consultation form.

Patient has a video visit with a Sleep Specialist to review symptoms and medical history.

Patient takes a home sleep test, if recommended.
CPAP Treatment
Timing: 4-8 weeks

Patient has a video visit to set up CPAP ordered via a medical equipment company.

Patient has a video visit to review CPAP compliance (required by insurance).

Patient has periodic video visits, if necessary, to review CPAP use.
